I’m Robert Rimany, the founder and owner of Alvian Custom Homes. My construction journey began in 1986 in New York, where I was inspired by the craftsmanship in the majestic homes of Westchester County, NY, and Greenwich, CT. I envisioned a different kind of home-building company—one that would create high-quality, true custom homes at a more accessible cost. After over fifteen successful years in New York, I relocated my family and custom home-building business to Southwest Florida in 2002.
As a boutique-style custom home builder, I believe in building relationships first and then remarkable homes. I put careful consideration into every custom home I design and build, taking the time to truly understand you, your family, and what’s most important to you. By doing this, I’m able to incorporate design elements that others might overlook. Establishing a clear budget and setting realistic expectations ensures that we achieve your original vision.
